In this role, you will be responsible for managing daily accounting activities, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing financial insights to support the hospital's decision-making process. United Shalom Hospital is located in Denpasar, Bali, offering a vibrant and supportive work environment. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of IDR 25,000,000 - 40,000,000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of accountants, ensuring high-quality financial reporting.
Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Ensure compliance with Indonesian GAAP and other relevant financial regulations.
Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to support the hospital's strategic planning.
Monitor and control budgets, ensuring adherence to financial targets.
Conduct regular financial reviews and audits to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial recording and reporting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or similar professional certification is a plus.
Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and international financial reporting standards.
Proficient in using accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
