📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations, including scheduling, staffing, and quality control.
• Manage and mentor a team of housekeepers, ensuring they meet high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
• Implement and maintain housekeeping policies and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Coordinate with other departments, such as maintenance and food and beverage, to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Monitor and report on housekeeping performance metrics, such as turnaround times and guest complaints.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and local laws.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in housekeeping and hospitality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in housekeeping coordination or a related field in the hospitality industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing a team of housekeepers.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team and guests.
• Knowledge of housekeeping software, such as Housekeeping Management System (HMS) or similar.
• Certification in hospitality management or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and adapt to changing priorities.
