📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the planning, development, and maintenance of residential areas in Bangka Belitung.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and high standards of living.
• Coordinate with residents, contractors, and government agencies to deliver exceptional residential experiences.
• Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of residential communities to ensure safety and security.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance the quality of life for residents.
• Monitor and report on the performance of residential areas, identifying areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote residential communities and attract new residents.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential development and management.
• Proficient in using GIS software for spatial analysis and mapping.
• Strong knowledge of local regulations and zoning laws in Bangka Belitung.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proven track record of successful project management.
• Familiarity with project management software such as MS Project or Primavera.
