📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and verify the quantities of materials and labor required for M&E systems, ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
• Use advanced software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Primavera P6 to create and manage project schedules.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results and meet project deadlines.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure project accuracy and efficiency.
• Prepare and submit accurate quantity take-offs and cost estimates for approval.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, regulations, and best practices in M&E quantity surveying.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members.
• Ensure all project documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with company policies and industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in M&E quantity surveying, with a strong background in infrastructure and construction projects.
• Proficiency in using AutoCAD, Revit, and Primavera P6.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian construction standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis.
