📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead emergency response operations, including fire suppression, rescue, and evacuation efforts.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop safety protocols to prevent and mitigate fire hazards.
• Provide training and education to the public and community groups on fire safety and emergency preparedness.
• Coordinate with local authorities, emergency services, and other stakeholders to ensure effective response to emergencies.
• Maintain and inspect fire safety equipment and infrastructure in assigned areas.
• Investigate fire incidents and accidents to determine causes and recommend preventive measures.
• Monitor and enforce fire safety regulations and codes in the community.
• Participate in disaster drills and preparedness exercises to enhance emergency response capabilities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Fire Science, Emergency Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in fire protection and emergency response.
• Valid certification as a Fire Officer from a recognized institution.
• Proficiency in using fire suppression equipment, including hoses, pumps, and extinguishers.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and in high-stress situations.
• Knowledge of local regulations and codes related to fire safety and emergency response.
