📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the accounts receivable process, including invoicing, collections, and credit control.
• Monitor and reconcile customer accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve billing disputes and maintain client satisfaction.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
• Utilize accounting software such as SAP or Oracle for financial reporting and analysis.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in accounts receivable management.
• Provide training and support to junior staff as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role in a corporate environment.
• Certification in accounting software such as SAP or Oracle is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
