As a Legal Management Staff at Grand Meritus Security Agency, you will be responsible for ensuring that our operations comply with all relevant laws and regulations. You will work closely with our legal team to develop and implement policies and procedures that protect our clients and employees. Your daily tasks will include monitoring legal compliance, conducting risk assessments, and providing training to our staff on legal and regulatory requirements.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop risk management strategies.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on legal and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to protect clients and employees.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews of legal compliance.
• Maintain and update the LMS (Legal Management System) to ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Collaborate with the legal team to address legal issues and provide recommendations.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations and ensure timely updates to our legal framework.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Graduate of LMS (Legal Management System) or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in legal management or compliance.
• Proficiency in using LMS software and other legal management tools.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian and international laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
