📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the design, installation, and maintenance of electrical systems in our manufacturing facility.
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes, standards, and regulations.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to implement energy-efficient solutions and technologies.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance to prevent downtime and ensure safety.
• Provide technical guidance and training to engineering and technical staff.
• Develop and maintain electrical system documentation and records.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
• Represent the electrical engineering department in cross-functional projects and meetings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in electrical engineering, with at least 5 years in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Certifications such as Certified Electrical Engineer (CEE) or Professional Engineer (PE) are a plus.
• Proven track record of managing electrical projects and teams.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including PLCs, variable frequency drives (VFDs), and motor control centers (MCCs).
• Familiarity with industry-specific software such as AutoCAD Electrical, ETAP, or similar.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams.
