📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts for fresh fruits, frozen foods, and beverages.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Collaborate with sales, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure efficient inventory management.
• Implement strategies to optimize inventory levels and reduce waste.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to demand planning and inventory management.
• Participate in regular meetings and presentations to discuss demand planning strategies and results.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in demand planning and supply chain management.
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members in the demand planning department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in demand planning, inventory management, or a related field.
• Proficient in using demand planning software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with the F&B distribution industry is a plus.
• Certification in demand planning or supply chain management is a plus.
