🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in community development, social work, public administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in community development, program management, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of community development principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
