As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our culinary team, working closely with our Head Chef to maintain high standards of food and beverage quality. You’ll manage schedules, train new hires, and implement systems that streamline operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling and performance monitoring.
- Assist the Head Chef in maintaining food and beverage quality standards.
- Train and mentor new staff members to ensure high levels of customer service.
- Manage inventory and ordering processes to optimize costs and efficiency.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback to ensure a positive dining experience.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to resolve operational issues and improve service.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Contribute to the development of the restaurant’s overall strategic plan.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a restaurant management or leadership role.
- Proven experience in training and developing staff.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with POS systems like Square or Toast is a plus.
- Must be fluent in English and Indonesian.
- Previous experience in a high-end or fine dining restaurant is preferred.
