📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Provide expert consulting services to help clients optimize their business processes and achieve their goals.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify new sales opportunities.,Train and mentor junior sales consultants to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of sales and consulting services.,Monitor and report on sales performance and provide regular updates to management.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our clients receive the most relevant and valuable advice.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and consulting, preferably in the digital or technology industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct market research and analysis.,Proficiency in using sales and CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot.,Ability to travel and work in different locations, as required.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.
