This role is crucial in managing and leading our bidding process, ensuring we secure the best deals for our clients. You will be responsible for developing and implementing bidding strategies, managing a team of bid managers, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the APAC region.,Proven track record of successfully managing and leading bidding processes.,Strong understanding of market trends and industry regulations.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with bid management software and tools is a plus.
