📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain financial records and documents,Prepare and process financial reports for the finance department,Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements,Handle vendor payments and ensure timely processing,Monitor bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy,Support the finance team in budgeting and forecasting activities,Provide administrative support to the finance manager,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance administration,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations,Excellent organizational and time management skills,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus
