📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement safety and health programs to ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and address potential hazards and risks.,Provide training and education to workers on safety and health procedures and protocols.,Investigate accidents and incidents to determine their causes and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.,Maintain and update safety and health documentation, including incident reports, permits, and inspections.,Work closely with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure the safety and health of all workers on-site.,Promote a safety-first culture and encourage open communication and reporting of safety concerns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Safety Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in safety and health management in the construction industry.,Certification as a Safety & Health Officer (SHO) or equivalent is preferred.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian safety laws, regulations, and standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and responsibilities.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
