📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Source and attract top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events.,Screen and evaluate resumes to identify the most qualified candidates for each position.,Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidates' fit for the role.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.,Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and processes.,Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and candidate data.,Provide feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
