📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen candidates for various positions within the company.,Conduct interviews and make hiring decisions based on candidate qualifications and fit with company culture.,Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including coordinating with hiring managers and providing updates on progress.,Collaborate with other departments to understand hiring needs and requirements.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of recruitment software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven track record of successful hiring and employee retention.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
