Receptionist - Immediate

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Greeting and assisting visitors and clients with a warm and professional manner.
• Answering and directing phone calls and emails.
• Checking in and out guests, and ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
• Maintaining the reception area and ensuring it is clean and organized.
• Assisting with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing the guest book.
• Providing information about the company and its services.
• Handling any complaints or issues that may arise, and escalating them to the appropriate department if necessary.
• Assisting with event coordination and setup, if required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in English and Indonesian.
• Basic computer skills, including email and word processing software.
• Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, if necessary.
