FiberHome Telecommunication Technologies is looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee the development and implementation of telecom and FTTH (Fiber To The Home) network projects in Bali. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our company in the region.,As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of project planning, execution, and delivery. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.,This is a full-time position based in Bali, with potential for travel to project sites across the region.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of telecom and FTTH network projects.,Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, contractors, and suppliers, to ensure smooth project execution.,Monitor project progress and identify potential risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies as needed.,Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.,Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and management.,Collaborate with the sales team to identify new project opportunities and develop proposals.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to ensure project success.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, project management, or business administration.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the telecom or FTTH industry.,Strong knowledge of telecom and FTTH network technologies and standards.,Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to completion.,Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.,Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
