Federal Packages is seeking a skilled Production/Process Engineer to join our team in Bali, Indonesia. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing our manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process engineering and a passion for continuous improvement.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Analyze and optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Develop and implement process improvements to enhance product quality and reduce waste.,Monitor and maintain production equipment to ensure optimal performance.,Conduct root cause analysis and troubleshoot production issues.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.,Develop and maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and kaizen events.,Provide training and support to production team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in production/process engineering or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment.,Familiarity with statistical process control and lean manufacturing principles.,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.,Strong communication and teamwork skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience with ERP or MES systems is a plus.
