📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital administrators.
• Promote our pharmaceutical products through presentations, samples, and promotional materials.
• Manage customer accounts, including order processing, inventory management, and customer service.
• Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to healthcare professionals.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to network and promote our products.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in the pharmaceutical industry.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, preferably in the healthcare industry.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical products and their therapeutic uses.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel to different locations within Bangka Belitung.
