📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and mentor telesales team members to achieve sales targets and improve performance.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue growth.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects to foster long-term business partnerships.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Train and develop telesales team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and sales regulations.,Provide regular reports and updates to management on sales performance and market trends.,Collaborate with other departments to support sales initiatives and customer needs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in telesales or a related field.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.,Understanding of sales regulations and compliance requirements.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
