📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Develop and implement HR strategies to support the company's goals.,Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.,Manage employee benefits and ensure they are delivered as promised.,Handle employee grievances and disputes, ensuring a positive work environment.,Lead HR training and development programs for employees.,Collaborate with management to address HR issues and improve workplace conditions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience with HR information systems and software.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Certification in HR management or related field is a plus.
