📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Plan and organize banquet events, including selection of venues, catering, and entertainment.,Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure smooth execution of events.,Manage event budgets and ensure adherence to financial guidelines.,Oversee guest experience, including check-in, seating, and service.,Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote events.,Evaluate event outcomes and provide recommendations for improvement.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Maintain accurate records of event activities and finances.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in banquet event management.,Proven track record of successfully planning and executing large-scale events.,Strong organizational and multitasking skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using event management software and tools.,Knowledge of local regulations and laws governing event planning.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
