📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the implementation of forestry management and conservation programs.
• Lead and manage a team of forestry professionals and technicians.
• Develop and implement sustainable forestry policies and strategies.
• Monitor and report on forestry activities to ensure compliance with national and international standards.
• Collaborate with government agencies, non-profit organizations, and local communities to promote sustainable practices.

• Represent the Dinas Kehutanan in various forums and conferences to advocate for sustainable forestry practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Forestry, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in forestry management and conservation.
• Proven leadership experience in a senior management role.
• Strong knowledge of forestry laws, regulations, and sustainable practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using forestry management software such as GIS, GPS, and forestry planning tools.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian.
