📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the installation and maintenance of building systems and equipment.,Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks on building systems.,Troubleshoot and repair any issues with building systems and equipment.,Assist in the preparation of work orders and maintenance schedules.,Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment status.,Follow safety protocols and ensure a safe work environment.,Assist in the training of new team members.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to project planning.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role (preferred but not required).,Basic knowledge of building systems and equipment.,Good communication and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.,Valid driver's license (preferred).,Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methods.
