📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of a specific section within the company,Developing and implementing strategies to improve productivity and efficiency,Coordinating with team members to ensure tasks are completed on time and to the required standard,Monitoring performance and providing feedback and support to team members,Assisting in the recruitment and training of new team members,Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless operations and communication,Participating in meetings and contributing to the development of company policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership or management role,Strong organizational and time management skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software,Familiarity with Indonesian business culture and practices
