📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of ship-to-ship transfer facilities, ensuring adherence to safety and efficiency standards.
Coordinate with vessel operators, port authorities, and logistics partners to streamline processes and enhance service quality.
Develop and implement operational strategies to maximize efficiency and profitability.
Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with all relevant maritime regulations and industry standards.
Lead and mentor a team of operational professionals, fostering a culture of excellence.
Collaborate with senior management to drive overall business objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor’s degree in Maritime Studies, Logistics, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in maritime operations, with a focus on ship-to-ship transfers.
Proven track record of leading and managing operational teams.
Strong knowledge of maritime regulations, safety protocols, and industry best practices.
Certification in maritime safety and operational excellence (e.g., ISM, ISPS, or equivalent).
Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
