FMCG Sales Representative - Semarang (Contract)

We are seeking a passionate FMCG Sales Representative to join our team in Semarang. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on building strong relationships and driving sales growth. You will be working closely with key clients, understanding their needs, and delivering exceptional service to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.

In this role, you will be responsible for visiting retail outlets, supermarkets, and other distribution points to promote our products, negotiate deals, and ensure consistent stock levels. You will also be expected to monitor competitor activities, gather market intelligence, and provide regular reports to the sales team. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of Rp 3.4M – Rp 3.7M per bulan.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Visit and meet with retail clients to understand their needs and promote our products.
• Negotiate deals and close sales to meet or exceed targets.
• Ensure consistent stock levels and timely delivery of products.
• Monitor competitor activities and gather market intelligence.
• Provide regular reports and updates to the sales team.
• Maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat orders.
• Attend trade shows and exhibitions to network with potential clients.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in FMCG sales or a related field.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of the FMCG industry and market trends.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
