HALO Sejahtera is looking for a dedicated Deputy Waitress to join our team in Belawan, Sumatera Utara. As a Deputy Waitress, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive excellent service and have a memorable dining experience. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Waitress in managing the dining room and ensuring smooth operations.,Take orders from customers and deliver food and beverages promptly.,Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and utensils.,Recommend menu items to customers and provide excellent customer service.,Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales.,Assist in inventory management and restocking of supplies.,Cooperate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.,Follow health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school education or equivalent.,At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality industry.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Good knowledge of Indonesian language, both written and spoken.,Basic knowledge of English is a plus.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges.
