📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement a comprehensive TikTok and social media content strategy to increase brand visibility and engagement.
• Create and curate high-quality, engaging content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
• Monitor and analyze social media performance using tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, and Sprout Social.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with overall brand objectives and campaigns.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing.
• Manage and mentor a team of content creators and social media managers.
• Report on content performance and provide insights to guide future strategy.
• Ensure all content complies with brand guidelines and platform policies.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in social media marketing, with a focus on TikTok and other visual platforms.
