📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Perform precision welding tasks on various metal components and structures using CO2 welding equipment.
Ensure the highest standards of quality and safety in all welding processes.
Work closely with engineers and technicians to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality welds.
Inspect and test welds to ensure compliance with industry standards and specifications.
Maintain and calibrate welding equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a CO2 Welding Operator in a manufacturing or construction environment.
Proven expertise in precision welding techniques and processes.
Familiarity with welding equipment such as CO2 welding machines, welding torches, and welding accessories.
Knowledge of industry standards and specifications, including AWS (American Welding Society) standards.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a team and follow safety protocols.
Valid welding certifications, such as AWS Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) or equivalent.
Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is a plus.
