📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and mentor a team of property agents, ensuring high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain clients.,Monitor and report on branch performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.,Maintain strong relationships with clients, landlords, and other stakeholders.,Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and industry standards.,Lead and participate in training and development programs for staff.,Handle budgeting and financial management for the branch.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management or a similar role.,Proven track record of success in managing branch operations and teams.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent customer service and negotiation skills.,Familiarity with local market trends and regulations in Bali.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
