Assist the Head Captain in planning and organizing camp activities and events.,Ensure the safety and well-being of campers under your supervision.,Lead group activities and games, fostering teamwork and camaraderie among campers.,Maintain a clean and organized camp environment.,Assist in the preparation and serving of meals to campers.,Conduct regular check-ins with campers to monitor their progress and address any concerns.,Assist in the management of camp supplies and equipment.,Promote a positive and inclusive camp culture, encouraging respect and understanding among all participants.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role or relevant experience in outdoor education or camping.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage time effectively.,Experience in first aid and emergency response is a plus.,Familiarity with camp equipment and basic survival skills is desirable.,Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.,Excellent organizational and planning skills.,Passion for adventure and a commitment to providing a memorable experience for campers.
