📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Handling customer transactions with accuracy and efficiency,Providing excellent customer service and maintaining a positive customer experience,Ensuring the integrity and security of banking operations,Processing deposits, withdrawals, and other financial transactions,Assisting customers with account inquiries and providing information on banking products and services,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer transactions,Complying with all banking regulations and internal policies,Assisting in the opening and closing of the bank's cash drawer

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Previous experience in a customer service or banking role is a plus,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Keen eye for detail and accuracy in financial transactions,Familiarity with banking software and systems,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus
