One Crystal Cemerlang is seeking a skilled Technical Writer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation for our software products. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical writing principles and a passion for clear, concise, and accurate communication.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for software products,Collaborate with product development teams to ensure documentation is accurate and up-to-date,Write user guides, API references, and other technical materials,Edit and proofread technical content to ensure clarity and accuracy,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Assist in the creation of training materials and tutorials,Contribute to the improvement of our technical writing processes and tools,Support the marketing team in creating product brochures and other promotional materials

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing,Strong understanding of software development concepts and processes,Proficient in English, both written and spoken,Familiarity with technical writing tools and software, such as Markdown, Confluence, or similar platforms,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Detail-oriented and able to meet tight deadlines
