📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and enroll students in our Spanish Language Academy.,Conduct market research to identify potential student markets and tailor recruitment efforts accordingly.,Manage the admissions process, including application reviews, interviews, and enrollment procedures.,Collaborate with the marketing team to create and promote recruitment materials such as brochures, flyers, and online advertisements.,Build and maintain relationships with potential students, educational institutions, and other stakeholders.,Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven decisions.,Provide excellent customer service to prospective students and address their inquiries and concerns.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in student recruitment and admissions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in student recruitment and admissions, preferably in the language education industry.,Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, market research, and admissions processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.,Proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.,Familiarity with educational software and tools is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
