Lingkungan Fitri Geprek is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing warehouse logistics, ensuring efficient and safe operations, and maintaining high levels of inventory accuracy. This role is crucial for ensuring that our products are stored, managed, and distributed efficiently to meet customer demands.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and safety.,Manage inventory levels and ensure accuracy of stock records.,Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to manage incoming and outgoing shipments.,Implement and enforce warehouse safety protocols and procedures.,Monitor warehouse performance metrics and make recommendations for improvement.,Train and supervise warehouse staff to ensure high levels of productivity and accuracy.,Handle any warehouse-related issues or conflicts to maintain a positive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Proven experience in managing inventory and warehouse operations.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management software and systems.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse management.
