📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Manage and maintain a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.,Identify new sales opportunities and prospect potential clients through market research and networking.,Conduct sales presentations and negotiate contracts to secure new business.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Train and mentor junior sales staff to ensure consistent performance and growth.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong negotiation and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using sales tools and software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Knowledge of the local market and industry is a plus.
