📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback,Handle employee relations and conflict resolution,Manage employee benefits and compensation,Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure,Familiarity with HR software and tools
