📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs and materials that align with the organization's strategic goals and objectives.,Identify training needs and develop solutions to address them, ensuring that the programs are relevant and impactful.,Facilitate training sessions and workshops, providing guidance and support to participants.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to integrate learning and development initiatives into the organization's overall performance management system.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development, and incorporate them into the organization's training programs.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth and development.,Monitor and report on the progress and outcomes of learning and development initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, with a focus on training program design and delivery.,Strong knowledge of educational psychology principles and practices.,Proven ability to design and deliver effective training programs and materials.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.,Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.,Proficiency in using learning management systems and other relevant training technologies.,Fluency in both written and spoken English is a plus.
