📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing and coordinating general affairs activities within the company.,Support the General Affairs Manager in overseeing office administration, including scheduling, meeting arrangements, and travel logistics.,Maintain and update company records and files, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.,Facilitate effective communication between departments and ensure timely dissemination of information.,Assist in organizing and participating in team-building activities and company events.,Provide administrative support to the management team, including preparing reports and presentations.,Assist in the implementation of company policies and procedures related to general affairs.,Ensure compliance with company regulations and best practices in general affairs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a general affairs or administrative role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Familiarity with company policies and procedures is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian is required; English proficiency is a plus.
